As we know, the first and currently only 50 class I have is Bard. We also know I LOVE it to death. So here's a really simple guide. It explains a Bard's rotation, GCDs, and easy to understand macros. All of these things are useful in endgame content especially, but they are even applicable AS EARLY AS Ifrit HM!

I think that LNC/DRG is a very satisfying role especially with the buffs to it in patch 2.45 that came out in December. Once I have raised up a tank and healer for myself, I'll definitely raise DRG to 50 for a melee class. So since I study everything, as I'm sure some of you can tell by now, I went ahead and did minimal searches for DRG stuff. After jumping a few rotation pages, I found the "jackpot" for this job.

Now some disclaimers: This post is VERY technical in nature, and yes, it is a VERY long read. Topics covered are rotation basics and layout, details about a DRG's actions (skills/spells) respectively, Best-in-Slot gear lists (BiS), how to use your Damage Over Time actions (DoT)s, how to use your buffs, and how to use your Area of Effect actions (AoE)s.

Soooo, pretty much everything you need. Enjoy.
